Warranty Coverage

This 1-year limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no extra charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty applies only to products purchased and used in the United States. It is nontransferable and extends solely to the original purchaser, except when purchased by a plumber, contractor, or other service provider, in which case it extends to the first property owner on whose behalf the product was purchased for installation.

• Toilets:

One-year limited warranty on chinaware, toilet seat, mechanical components, and basic functionality.

One-year limited warranty on the macerator pump (materials, functionality, workmanship).

One-year limited warranty on sump pumps and accessories (materials, functionality, workmanship).

• Registered Members: One-year warranty extension from purchase date.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

• Reasonable wear and tear (e.g., scratches, staining, corrosion from normal use).

• Damage from improper maintenance (e.g., harsh cleaners like chlorine bleach or ammonia).

• Damage to property caused by product use.

• Improper installation, accidents, misuse, or abuse.

• Non-compliance with local building codes. The buyer should consult with local building or plumbing contractors before installation to ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Labor costs for removal, installation, or related materials.

• Losses due to natural disasters, societal crises, or logistics,, etc., beyond the reasonable control of Patio Zones / exceeding reasonable control.

• Products not purchased from Patio Zones or authorized sellers.

Warranty Service

To claim service, provide:

• Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice).

• Detailed issue description.

• Clear images/videos of the defect.

Resolution Process

1. Contact us via email/phone with proof of purchase and issue details.

2. We may request additional evidence (e.g., inspection).

3. If covered, we will repair, replace parts, or provide a new unit at our discretion.
